Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Vidyasetu website, apps, and school platform.
Last updated 17 May 2026
1.Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Vidyasetu website or using our apps and platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Vidyasetu on behalf of a school, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that school to these terms.
2.The service
Vidyasetu provides an AI-powered school platform covering student, teacher, parent, and administrator workflows. Features available to you depend on your role and your school's subscription plan. We may add, change, or retire features over time.
3.Accounts and eligibility
Accounts are created and managed by your school. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify your school administrator or us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4.Acceptable use
You must use Vidyasetu lawfully and respectfully. Misuse — including unauthorised access, harassment, or interfering with the service — is prohibited. See our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5.Subscriptions and payment
School subscriptions are billed per the plan and quote agreed with your school. Pilots are free. Fees, billing cycles, and what each tier unlocks are described on our Pricing page and in your school's order form.
6.Intellectual property
The Vidyasetu platform, software, and branding are owned by us and our licensors. Content uploaded by a school or its users remains theirs; they grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content within the service.
7.Disclaimers
Vidyasetu is provided on an "as is" basis. AI-generated guidance from the mentor and analytics features is intended to support, not replace, the judgement of teachers, parents, and students. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9.Termination
A school may end its subscription per its agreement with us. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. On termination, data is handled as described in your school's agreement and our Privacy Policy.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
